To count the number of users in your database, do the following:

File->Administration->Define Users and count the number of

Remote
Access Conversion
In many instances, we have clients that cannot partake of their
database and send it to us. For these clients, we have our
Remote Access Conversion option where we remotely access the PC
where the database is installed and perform the conversion
on-site. The database never leaves your PC. This is an added
option to your conversion and must be purchased in addition to
the conversion.This option
is only available for clients using ACT! 2007/2008.
