• Once your data has been converted, it is removed from our systems.

• We will redo the conversion of the data until all the fields that you need to be transferred are successfully brought over.
• Your Remedy: if we missed any data on the conversion, you have the right to request a re-conversion of the original data using a new mapping for a period of 2 weeks following the last conversion.
• Our satisfaction guarantee does NOT include the design of the BCM Forms. It is the purchaser's responsibility to design his/her own BCM form upon receipt of the database.
